This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in Leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organizing,
implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organizational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems and identify, analyses and synthesize Information from a variety of sources.

The tuition fee for this course may be paid in four (4) instalments in set due dates. The first instalment includes part of the tuition fee ($1,500), material fee, and enrolment fee and it must be paid prior to enrolment. The Materials Fee will be payable every term before the start of the term.
All payments may be made by Bank Transfer to the nominated account or by cash.
Students must dedicate at least twenty 20 hours a week for the scheduled classes. In addition, the course may require an additional ten (10) hours per week to learn the provided materials and undertake required assessments.
Students must do all the required assessments to successfully complete this course.
The assessments will include undertaking organisational case studies, demonstrating practical skills in a real or simulated workplace environment, project work, research, and knowledge tests.
All materials needed for students’ assessment in this course will be provided by the College. Students need not incur any extra cost to buy the materials for this course, except the material cost paid at the start of each term.
