This visa allows you to:
  • Study full-time at a registered Australian education provider

  • Work part-time (up to 48 hours per fortnight) while studying

  • Stay for the length of your course (up to 5 years)

After you finished studying in Australia, this visa lets you stay and work temporarily after graduation. There are two streams:
  • Post-Study Work Stream – for university graduates (Bachelor, Master’s, etc.)

  • Graduate Work Stream – for students with vocational or trade qualifications in high-demand occupations.

Employer-Sponsored Visa (e.g. Subclass 482, 186, 494)
  • For skilled workers sponsored by an Australian employer

  • Can lead to permanent residency

  • You must work in an occupation listed on the skilled shortage list

Training Visa (Subclass 407)
  • For workplace training or professional development

  • Requires a sponsor (like a business or government body)

  • Stay for up to 2 years

These visas are points-based and for people in high-demand occupations. No sponsor needed.
  • Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189): Apply directly without needing a job offer

  • Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190): You’re nominated by a state or territory

  • Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491): Live and work in regional areas with a path to permanent residency

Many visas allow you to include family members in your application. We will guide you through the requirements and documents needed to bring your family with you or to reunite with them in Australia later.
  • Student Visa (Subclass 500): You can bring your spouse/partner and children as dependents

  • Graduate and Skilled Visas: Family members can be added to your application

  • Partners may be able to work full-time, and children can attend school
